Dr Sivarajah qualified from Barts and The London, School of Medicine & Dentistry in 2016. After a year working in primary dental practice, his interests in dental and oral surgery developed and he further trained at Oral and Maxillofacial Departments in hospitals. He spent a year training in Queen’s Medical Centre, a major trauma centre, in Nottingham, followed by further oral surgery experience at Queen’s Hospital in London. In 2018 he completed his examinations for Membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. To aid with providing dental surgical procedures for anxious and phobic patients, he obtained a postgraduate certification in Dental Sedation in 2019 from the Eastman Dental Institute (London). In addition to general dentistry, he provides treatments for more complex dental extractions and carries out dental implants. He regularly engages with dental courses and conferences to continue professional development. Patients frequently have positive feedback and often comment on his comforting nature which puts patients at ease within the practice. In his free time, Sinthu enjoys the company of his family and friends and takes a keen interest in playing football, hiking outdoors and driving.
