Jai has been a dentist since 1998. Jai has special interest in dental lasers, implantology, restorative & cosmetic dentistry with emphasis on smile designing. Most of his work at his dental practice uses digital solutions/platforms, advanced dental hard and soft tissue lasers, in house CBCT. Jai is also the founder of dental routes educational pathway for post dentistry. Jai’s motto is “Express Yourself - Live Life to the Fullest”. Over the 20+ years Jai has worked in multiple roles such as graduate intern, An officer in the Indian Army Dental corps on short service and retired as a Major, Associate Dentist in various practices, mentored and trained dentists for vocational training by equivalence among many others. Jai has trained himself in concepts of ethics, communication, business success strategy, marketing plans, team building, project management etc. He has passion & dedication for learning, teaching, and doing any job to a High standard.
