Dr João Afonso

João is dedicated to creating an exceptional dental experience for all of our patients. His greatest goal is to make your dental care as comfortable, convenient, and rewarding as possible. João has been helping patients regain confidence in their smiles through advanced minimally invasive techniques and complex rehabilitations, with wide experience in general and referral practices. He nurtures a special interest in the areas of aesthetic and cosmetic restorative dentistry, including composite bonding, ceramic restorations, implant prosthetics, full smile makeovers and removable dentures. João is dedicated to continuing education, aiming to remain on the cutting edge of restorative, digital and cosmetic dentistry. He is an invited postgraduate tutor at the Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics MClinDent. at King’s College London since 2019. João loves spending time with his family and friends.
