Dr Pal qualified at Guy's Hospital London in 1987. He has extensive experience in restorative and implant dentistry. He was the lead clinician at the University Dental and Implant Centre in Birmingham and a clinical teaching fellow at Warwick University, module leader for MSc courses in Implant and Restorative Dentistry. He is a National Board Member for the Faculty of General Dental Practice (FGDP UK), involved in developing quality standards, lead author of Training Standard in Implant Dentistry 2016, and reviewer for Standards in Implant Dentistry.
