Dr Sidra Bilal

Sidra graduated as a dentist from King’s College London university and has worked as a dentist across London and Essex. She enjoys restoring smiles and making patients comfortable/at ease with her calm relaxed nature by building a rapport with them and focusing on prevention of disease. Sidra played a key role in implementing Oral Health Promotion via the Urgent Dental Care and Prevention Programme where she worked closely with patients to help identify key risks with their oral health and how to address these. She has also volunteered at domiciliary to provide dental treatment in care homes. Sidra enjoys promoting health education and has spent time visiting schools delivering oral health care to children whilst also volunteering at charities such as Dental Wellness Trust, Refugee Crisis Foundation and carrying out a year long voluntary project with the British Heart Foundation. Sidra also enjoys teaching and has supervised colleagues enabling them to successfully complete their extended dental duties course and she currently works closely with King’s College London delivering presentations and workshops to help future dental students with their dental careers.
