Dr Ganesh qualified from King's Dental Institute (University of London) in 1996. After completing his foundation training in a practice in Romford, he joined a private practice in Hornchurch where he remained until 2003. Dr Ganesh took over this practice in June 2003 from a retiring colleague. Due to an overwhelming demand for dental services in the local area, the practice underwent further expansion and two further treatment rooms were added within 2 years. The practice was renamed as Retford Dental Centre. In 2005 Dr Ganesh was appointed as a Foundation Trainer for new dental graduates and he fulfilled this role until 2015. Between 2004 and 2009 Dr Ganesh also worked with the local 'Sure Start Children's Centres' to run the popular 'Little Smiler Club' at the practice. Dr Ganesh is committed to continuous professional development. He obtained a teaching qualification from the University of Bedfordshire to enhance his training role. He also obtained the MJDF diploma of the Faculty of General Dental Practice and completed postgraduate training in Implant dentistry. He is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology and is an accredited provider of CFAST and SMILE TRU tooth alignment. GDC No: 72292
