Dr. Bruno Silva qualified from WITS University, South Africa, in 2000. He worked as a general dentist until beginning his implant training in 2003. He founded Brighton Implant Clinic in 2009 in Hove, East Sussex. Dr. Silva has a strong interest in full mouth reconstruction for patients with advanced bone loss. He dedicates his clinical time to All-on-4 surgery, zygomatic implants, bone grafting, and sedation. In his spare time, Bruno enjoys reading about dental materials, milling machines, and 3D printers, which are used in the clinic’s dental laboratory.
