Michelle grew up in Stromness and studied BSc Medical Sciences (Hons) at the University of Edinburgh, before going on to study for her Bachelor of Dental Surgery as a postgraduate student at the Aberdeen Dental School. During her training she did placements in Aberdeen, Elgin and Stornoway. Michelle moved home to join Orkney Dental in 2016 and can be found working in Orkney Dental Kirkwall and Daisybank. Michelle’s special interests include complex root canal treatments and whitening cases. She is enthusiastic about continued development and staying up to date with the latest techniques and materials. Outside of work her interests include outdoor and indoor sports, cooking, long walks around Orkney and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She is also a member of the Orkney Folk Festival committee.
