Scott attended Dundee Dental School where he graduated with commendation in 2015. He has subsequently worked in Inverness before moving to Orkney, and has worked in general practice ever since. Scott enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a particular focus on aesthetic dentistry and the management of tooth wear and TMJ (jaw joint) disorders. In 2017 he became a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow. He is currently studying for a Masters in Restorative Dentistry (MSc) from the University of Birmingham, and after this looks to specialise further. Outside of work, Scott has “walked the boards” in many local amateur dramatic productions, although he limits his pantomime dame performances to one every three years. He also enjoys spending time with his family, dog, and two cats, exploring Orkney and the surrounding areas.
