Dr Neel Shukla

Neel qualified from Barts and The London Dental School, University of London in 2008. Soon after this he completed a year long certificate course in Contemporary Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry with Professor Dominic Hassall which focussed on providing the best cosmetic options for patients using the latest materials. In 2012, Neel obtained the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons England, a widely recognised postgraduate qualification. Alongside general dentistry, Neel has a special interest in dental implantology, and is passionate about the positive impact of dental implants on his patients’ quality of life. He has completed a Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the University of Warwick, and is also completing a Masters Degree at the City of London Dental School, working alongside a leading consultant in Harley Street. Neel has a keen interest in postgraduate education and the importance of continued learning and development for all dentists. He has obtained a postgraduate certificate in dental education from the University of Bedfordshire. Consequently, he spends some of his time teaching newly qualified dentists and has been appointed a Foundation Trainer/Educational Supervisor for Health Education England, London Dental Education and Training. He is also the Chairman for the Watford section of the British Dental Association, which involves organizing lectures for fellow dental professionals to aid their continuing professional development. In 2019 Neel won an award for best young dentist. Outside his busy working life, Neel has a keen interest in Cricket, Golf and Football, and also plays the piano.
