Keshari qualified BDS with Distinction from Kings College, London in 1993. After completing one year's vocational training, then two years as a Senior House Officer in Restorative Dentistry followed by Oral Surgery, she enrolled into a two-year Master's Degree course in Endodontics at the Eastman Dental Hospital, London. Keshari passed her MSC in Endodontics with Distinction in 1998. She has focused her practice to Endodontics since 1997 and gained entry onto the Specialist List for Endodontics in 2001. Keshari has worked as a referral Endodontist since 1997, and is now a consultant and clinical lead in Endodontics for CLCH NHS Trust and Portmandentex. Keshari is also a member of the Langham British Endodontic and British Dental Societies, and was on the database of Expert Witnesses for the Dental Defence Union between 2005 and 2010. Endodontics deals with the management of infection from the dental pulp or in layman's terms root canal treatment. With modern technology, knowledge of the latest treatment principles and a high level of patient care, Keshari routinely achieves excellent clinical results for her patients.
