Dr Gareth Hargreaves

In 2011 I gained my BSc Dentistry qualification at Manchester University, since then I have developed a specialist interest in Endodontics with additional interests in Orthodontics and Cosmetic Restorative Dentistry. Since graduation, I have gained experience and developed my knowledge at multiple practices throughout the North West including Chester, Crewe, Lymm and the Wirral. I have successfully gained a PG certificate in Endodontics at the University of Chester; it is imperative for me to ensure my clinical skills and knowledge are current, enabling me to continue using modern techniques and complete more complex cases. I accept referrals for re-treatment cases if the initial root canal has failed or if a patient has moderately complex tooth anatomy. I am a fully qualified Invisalign provider and highly experienced in many forms of short-term orthodontic treatments. I have also trained to provide Inman Aligners, Clearsmile braces, C-Fast, Powerprox and many other short-term teeth straightening techniques and systems. I have previously volunteered in Cambodia, working in mobile community dental clinics for the One-2-One World Organisation and providing general dentistry care to the residents of deprived villages. I enjoy all kinds of sport, particularly Rugby League and I am a keen Wigan Warriors fan, attending as many games as possible. Walking and exploring with my family is another favourite, particularly in the Lake District. My foreign travels include a deep love for Italy where I once taught English, so I like to try and visit every year to keep my Italian fluent.
