Dr Syed Majid Hussain

Dr Syed Najid Hussain graduated from Cardiff University, United Kingdom, in 2018 and is a senior house officer in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Royal Free Hospital Trust in London. He holds a Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, as well as a Diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. At Floss and Smile, Syed is involved in general dentistry, smile makeovers, aligners, veneers, composite bonding, and cosmetic dentures. He plays a key role in every step of the patient journey, from building rapport and conducting examinations to discussing treatment options and planning. Syed excels at communication, making it easy for patients to understand their options and ensuring they have the best experience possible. He loves meeting new patients and finds joy in helping them enjoy their dental visits, especially when he sees the confidence boost that comes from a smile transformation. Community work and charity are important to Syed, and he also enjoys hiking, playing football, and travelling. In his downtime, he loves watching movies - he’s seen his favourite series, The Lord of the Rings, over 50 times and would love to give one of the goblins a smile makeover!
