Alan graduated in dentistry from Birmingham University in 2005. After a couple of years in general practice, he took up several oral and maxillofacial posts in hospital, gaining experience in all aspects of oral surgery and the treatment of anxious patients with dental sedation. From here Alan went on to complete his postgraduate specialist training in Endodontics at Guy’s Dental Hospital, passing with distinction in 2018. Alan is registered with the GDC as a specialist in Endodontics and is a member of the British Endodontic Society. Alan welcomes referrals for all aspects of endodontic treatment including vital pulp therapy, non-surgical and surgical treatments, resorption cases and dental trauma. His research at Guy’s was based around CBCT and outcome of treatments and he enjoys using CBCT to aid in the diagnosis and management of complex cases. Alan lives in Kent and is married with two children. He enjoys rugby, cricket and attempting to play golf.
