Dr. Joanne Ingleby graduated from Leeds University in 1989 and joined Parkfield Dental Practice as an associate in 1997. Jo has enjoyed teaching and research positions at dental schools in Liverpool, Manchester, and Baltimore in the USA. She was awarded her postgraduate qualification by the University of Manchester in 1994. Jo loves the variety of work here at Parkfield. She enjoys performing restorative dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, and always strives to deliver a dental service with the highest standard of patient care possible. Jo understands that coming to the dentist isn’t always fun and takes satisfaction in putting people at ease and giving them a more enjoyable dentist experience. Jo enjoys the process of designing and transforming a patient’s smile. She will listen carefully to what you want, take photos and together with you plan your treatment. Jo uses varied techniques from teeth whitening and white fillings, to dental veneers, to crowns to give patients the smile they’ve always wanted. Joanne has also undergone extensive restorative courses in these fields to broaden her depth of knowledge and experience. Jo has a special interest in root canal therapy and saving teeth that would otherwise need to be removed. Jo is very interested in helping people reduce or stop snoring and improve their sleep quality. She works closely with association National Sleep Centres Association for the reduction of sleep apnoea. Jo enjoys spending time with her family and her dog when she isn’t hard at work providing excellent dental care. She loves good music, good food, and spending time relaxing with friends and family.
