With a quick wit and a reassuring smile, Dr Steve Day has been transforming patients' dental experiences since his qualification from Birmingham University Dental School in 1977. Known for his ability to put even the most anxious patients at ease with his characteristic humor and light-hearted sarcasm, Steve combines over four decades of expertise with a genuinely approachable personality. His journey began in the maxillofacial surgery unit at Wolverhampton's Royal and New Cross Hospital, where he gained invaluable experience treating head and neck trauma and disease. This foundation, combined with his time at East Birmingham Hospital's oral surgery department, helped shape his comprehensive approach to dentistry. In 1983, Steve established his own practice in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, where his passion for dentistry truly flourished. While maintaining a general practice, he pursued his specialist interests in endodontics, oral surgery, and implantology. His patients often remark that his ability to explain complex procedures with a touch of humor makes their dental experience not just bearable, but actually enjoyable.
