She has undertaken research at the department of Prosthodontics, Dental Materials Science and the department of Biomaterial/Handicap research, Faculty of Odontology. She was invited to an international conference to present her work which was later published in the Swedish Dental Journal. Most recently, she won an award upon completion of a yearlong post graduate course in Aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry in 2016. Since qualifying, Dr Bendyshe-Brown has been working as a general dentist in both primary and secondary care (Department of Pediatrics Dentistry) as well as working as an advisor and educational supervisor for dentists and therapists in the UK and Sweden. She has continuously attended postgraduate courses to further her knowledge in different areas of dentistry and has applied her new knowledge and skills to her daily work for the benefit of her patients. She likes all aspects of dentistry but particularly enjoys treating children and nervous patients, many of whom she has treated under sedation. She also enjoys endodontics and non-surgical facial aesthetics. She has been practicing facial aesthetics for the past year and has achieved consistent results at a very high standard. She believes that prevention is better than cure and is passionate about helping her patients maintain healthy, beautiful smiles throughout their lives. She is very calm, caring and approachable and has been able to put even the most nervous patients at ease. She enjoys spending her spare time with friends and family. She also enjoys reading, traveling and yoga. She lives in Marlow and loves the local community.
