Lee Catlin joined in 2019. Lee Catlin began his career after graduating from Kingston University with a degree in Chemistry. Over the next 16 years, Lee built a career in operations within some of the UK's top retailers. In 2019, he saw potential in Colosseum Dental UK and seized the opportunity to join the company. Starting as a Regional Operations Manager, he successfully managed two regions over three years, building a strong team and delivering impressive results. In late 2021, Lee transitioned to the recruitment team as the Head of Recruitment, leveraging his operations expertise and dentistry background. From day one, he aimed to provide the best end-to-end recruitment experience for candidates, enhancing the company's reputation in the market. His flexible approach to recruitment channels has given Colosseum Dental an edge over competitors. Lee is dedicated to finding the best talent on the market, both employed and self-employed. His team focuses on building strong external and internal relationships, providing comprehensive recruitment support. Outside of work, Lee is a father of three and has a passion for sports. He spends his spare time either at the gym or entertaining his children.
