Dr Jonathan Eaton

Since qualifying from Leeds University in 1985 Jonathan has practiced in Germany, New Zealand and the UK. As well as his primary degree he has several post graduate diplomas from the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons of England and Ireland, see below. He is especially proud of holding the acclaimed Diploma in General Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons (MGDSRCS) of which approximately 500 dentists in the world have passed since the 1970’s. Holding this diploma led to an invitation to become a member of the distinguished British Society of General Dental Surgery (BSGDS). Please feel free to look this up on their website (www.bsgds.com) Jonathan also holds the Fellowship in General Dental Practice (FFGDP) which is the highest award in general practice issued by the Royal College of Surgeons. As well as being an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Jonathan has acted as expert witness for dental-legal issues. Jonathan has also run the Oral Surgery referral service for Stockport accepting many referrals from local dentists. He has had praise for reducing waiting list times and improving efficiency by Stockport Primary Care Trust. Jonathan is totally committed to achieving excellence in all forms of clinical care. In addition to this further training, he has completed a year long postgraduate course at Sheffield University which looks at placing and restoring dental implants.
