Carl graduated with honours from Leeds University in 2003. He worked in general and hospital dental practice in Harrogate, Hull and Leeds, before working as a lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at Leeds University for 5 years. It was here that he developed a particular interest in Endodontics, teaching extensively on the undergraduate programme. Carl has taken referrals for endodontic treatment since 2015, and undertook a masters in Endodontology at the University of Chester, which he completed with distinction in 2018.
