Dr Raluca Ion

Raluca qualified from Ovidius University Of Constanta, Romania in 2002. She then undertook a hospital placement where she gained experience in the treatment of patients with oral cancer, facial trauma, periodontal problems and dental implants. In 2004 Raluca completed her Masters Degree again from Ovidius University. During her time working in hospital Raluca developed a keen interest in placing dental implants. To further her knowledge, Raluca travelled to Italy where she had the privilege of assisting a foremost Implantogist. Raluca then moved to Germany to a private general dental practice. During this time she retained her interest in dental implants and to further her knowledge Raluca undertook a Certificate in Dental Implantology and qualified in 2005, in Bucuresti, Romania Raluca then worked at her family run private dental surgery. During this time she attended many courses to extend her knowledge and to keep up to date with the most recent developments in dentistry. In 2012 Raluca moved to England, where she worked in general dentistry for a large corporate company. In 2016 Raluca bought her own dental practice where she can concentrate on providing the best quality care for her patients. As well as general dentistry, Raluca now provides adult orthodontics as well as facial aesthetics for her clients. Raluca is a highly experienced dentist and prides herself on the quality of all treatments she provides. She focuses on providing treatment in a relaxed and pleasant environment. With her warm and approachable manner she always puts her patients desires to the fore and endeavours to resolve her patients dental problems and improve their quality of life and self esteem.
