Dr. Deena qualified in her home country, Sudan, in 2005. After completing 2 years of extensive training, she pursued postgraduate training in orthodontics (the straightening of teeth) and fuelled her passion for research by completing a Diploma in Research Methodology and Biostatistics. Dr. Deena continues her career journey by obtaining a Diploma in Dental Surgery from the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in 2019. Alongside the short courses she completed, she started a postgraduate degree in Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London, which aligns with her main passion and interest within dentistry. When not treating patients, Dr. Deena spends her time with her family and enjoys reading books about self-development and psychology.
