Dr Shamir Chandarana

Dr Shamir Chandarana has been with the practice since inception and brings compassion, professionalism and a caring nature to his dentistry. He completed his first degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Sheffield, before progressing to study Dentistry and graduating with an honour’s degree from the Peninsula School of Medicine & Dentistry. With a strong desire to keep up to date with advancements in dental treatments, Shamir attends numerous postgraduate courses and has undertaken advanced training in Endodontics (root canal treatments) at Kings College London, giving him the skills to treat more advanced root canal treatments. Shamir’s focus the the practice is to look after adults and children of all ages. He is a passionate clinician and invests his time in really getting to know his patients, educating and guiding them to take control and optimise their dental health and wellbeing. Shamir provides a full range of general and advanced restorative dental treatments and has a particular interest and skill in helping nervous/anxious patients overcome their fears. Shamir is also practices minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry. Including Invisalign a comprehensive range of other cosmetic treatments such as tooth whitening, composite bonding and porcelain veneers, to help patients look and feel their very best.
