Claire qualified from Manchester University Dental School in 1987, working in hospital departments for Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry, until going abroad in 1990. She taught clinical dentistry at the Otago Dental School in New Zealand for one year, then joined the Royal Flying Doctors based in Alice Springs, Australia. Voluntary dental work lead her to Cambodia, Nepal and a hospital ship off the west coast of Africa. Back home in England, Claire started as an associate in a Private Practice, spending the last twenty years in Hindhead. Meanwhile she has continued with postgraduate training, gaining the Diploma in Dental Practice in 1994, and a Distinction at the end of a year long course in Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Centre of Excellence, London in 2007. Claire very much enjoys getting to know her patients as a solid foundation for delivering excellent dental care in a relaxed environment. Claire lives locally with her husband, two sons and two crazy cocker spaniels. She is passionate about her garden, love the outdoor life and travelling.
