Dr Barot graduated from Kings College London with a BDS Honours, being awarded multiple School Prizes, Distinctions, Merits and Scholarships along the way. His education culminated in being awarded the University of London’s Gold Medal Award. He has carried out a certificate in Implant Dentistry and is keen to start his Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. He has membership to both the faculty of dental surgeons (MJDF) and the joint dental faculty (MJDF) of the Royal College of surgeons in England. He became a foundation dentist trainer in 2009 and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical and Dental Education. He has worked in private and mixed NHS practices and hospitals in various dental specialities. He has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and is a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
