Having completed Dental Vocational Training in 1998, in Telford, Shropshire he stayed on working as a dental associate in a large mixed general practice. Kuldip completed the MFGDP in 1999 and having a keen interest in orthodontics started working part time in the Orthodontic Department in the local hospital in Telford and also in an Orthodontic dental practice in Stoke as clinical assistant.
