Hussein qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2009. After completing two foundation training years in Haxby and York Hospital, he’s stayed in the area. Although originally from the south, he’s settled in York “because it’s too nice to leave!”. Hussein holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry which he completed in 2020. This diploma included training to provide Bioclear composite restorations. He is also a trained provider of Invisalign Go orthodontics. Although Hussein enjoys all aspects of dental care, he is particularly passionate about preventative and minimally invasive dentistry. He is keen on maintaining good periodontal (gum) health for all patients and has a special interest in removable prosthodontics. In his spare time, Hussein is an avid squash player, which helps to offset the calories from his love of food.
