Dr. Andrea Vita had a passion for dentistry from an early age. While spending time in the dental chair as a patient growing up, she became increasingly interested in the field of dentistry and ultimately interned and worked as a dental assistant during high school and college. This solidified her passion for the unique patient care opportunities that dentistry offers. Dr. Vita earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from The Dental College of Georgia, formerly known as The Medical College of Georgia. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences, providing a solid foundation in the life sciences that supports her evidence-based, patient-focused approach to dentistry. Dr. Vita is a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT). In her free time, Dr. Vita can be found poolside with her family and two rescue dogs or training for marathons and long distance triathlons.
