Dr. Shainal Nagar was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. He received a Bachelor of Dental Science (BDS) degree in South Africa in 2006. He practiced dentistry for two years in South Africa. Shortly thereafter he emigrated to the United States where he earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at University of Illinois at Chicago in 2011. Dr. Nagar’s goal is to treat all of his patients with the utmost integrity and respect, while providing the highest quality dental care utilizing the latest technology. Dr Shainal Nagar has always had a commitment to lifelong learning. He was recently awarded a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and has already begun working towards obtaining his mastership in the AGD. Dr Nagar lives in Alpharetta with his wife, who also happens to be a dentist! In his spare time he enjoys watching football, going on hikes with his wife and playing soccer whenever he can.
