Dr Delton Tatum

Dr. Delton Tatum received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry (formerly Baylor College of Dentistry) in 2020. He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and will receive his Fellowship in 2026, having completed over 700 hours of continuing education. Dr. Tatum is currently pursuing Accreditation with the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry – a rigorous credential that demonstrates the highest level of excellence in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Tatum began working as Dr. Austin’s associate in 2020 and purchased the practice in 2022, continuing the legacy of quality care that Amarillo families have trusted for decades. Raised in Amarillo, Dr. Tatum has been married to Jordan Batson Tatum since 2016. He and Jordan are active members of First Baptist Church, where Dr. Tatum serves as a deacon. They have three children: Rawlins, Raines, and Windsor. Dr. Tatum enjoys the outdoors, gardening, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
