Dr. Phipps grew up in Amarillo, Texas, where he graduated from Tascosa High School in 1998. He then completed his biology degree, graduating summa cum laude at Lubbock Christian University. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston. Dr. Phipps gained valuable experience working as a dentist in Amarillo, Texas, before moving to Guymon, Oklahoma, in 2009. He acquired the Gibson Dental Clinic. Known for making his patients feel at ease, Dr. Phipps strives to make every patient feel like a valued member of the Phipps Dental Practice family. Outside of work, Dr. Phipps enjoys traveling, food, skiing, and church. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Casey, since 2012. They have three children, Kylee, Parker, and Allie.
