Dr. Sorhus has placed a profound emphasis on continuing his education post dental-school and has taken over 700 hours of dental continuing education. He has found great satisfaction and interest in oral surgery, cosmetics and dental implants. He has earned several awards from the International Dental Implant Association and his diplomate status in 2016. He currently enjoys associate teaching about implants and related surgeries. A native of the Pacific Northwest, he graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry with honours. After private practice in Great Falls, MT, he relocated to Alaska. He is a proud father of 6 children and enjoys outdoor activities.
