Dr. Jeremiah Phams was born and raised in Iowa. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa in 2006, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2010. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Phams is proud to continue serving patients in his home state.
