Dr. Phillip D. Florek was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1965 and then graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1969. He entered the United States Army Dental Corps and served at Letterman Hospital at the Presidio in San Francisco, followed by a one-year tour of duty in Vietnam. Upon his return to the United States, he moved to Neenah, Wisconsin to start his dental practice in general dentistry in 1971. Dr. Florek has continued his dental studies in temporal-mandibular joint therapy, advanced endodontic therapy and a full mouth rehabilitation studies through the Dawson Institute of Studies, Pankey Institute and the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Winnebago Dental Association and the Neenah-Menasha Dental Society. He was named “Top Dentist” in 2005 to the present and as inducted into the International College of Dentists in 2005. Dr. Florek currently is an officer, board member and has been an active volunteer at the Tri-county Community Dental Clinic since its inception in 2003. He also volunteers in the WDA donated dental service program.
