Rutulkumar Barot is an experienced Operations leader with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Skilled in Operations Management, Revenue & Profit Growth, Clinical Data Management, Team Building, and Organizational Leadership. He began his career as a practicing Dentist in India after getting his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Rajasthan. After practicing for a few years, he decided to pursue his career in the United States. He had started his career within the US with Hellosmile and soon realized his love for the operations side of Dentistry. He graduated from Goldey Beacom College with an MBA concentrating on healthcare management and decided to serve the underprivileged population in NYC. He grew and led the dental services for kids as a Director of operations to 70,000 patients per year, making that company one of the largest serving Pediatric Clinics in New York. He developed multiple programs to bring stability and improve the culture within the organization. His unique work profile helps him understand the need for Dentists and support staff. He believes in ‘Servant leadership’ and leads by example for his team. He served in various DSO firms managing and developing practices in New York, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Tennesee, Georgia, and New Hampshire. Currently, he also serves as a Board member for NYIOH.
