Dr. Lonny D. Grimmer has been practising dentistry in the Northern Virginia area since 1997, first as an associate in Purcellville, and now as co-owner of the Ashbrook Center for Dentistry in Ashburn. Originally a California native, he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business at California State University in Sacramento in 1986, pursued a career in international business, then earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Medical College of Virginia – Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 1997. Named one of the DC area’s Top Dentists by Washingtonian Magazine since 2014. Received Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) in 2008 and Mastership in 2019. Active member in several dental organisations including ADA, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Association, AGD, and ICOI. Volunteers for Northern Virginia Dental Clinic and community events.
