Dr Van Asch

A North Carolina native, he grew up about 45 minutes east of Charlotte in a small rural town called Oakboro, NC. Dr. Van Asch is a Tarheel graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, where he received a business administration degree from the Kenan Flagler Business School. After undergraduate studies, Dr. Van Asch went on to East Carolina University for dental school, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honors Society. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Van Asch continued his education by completing a residency at one the nation’s top residency programs at the South Texas Veterans Affairs in San Antonio, Texas where he gained additional training in implant dentistry, cosmetic/esthetic dentistry, sleep medicine, clear aligner therapy, IV conscious moderate sedation, and many other advanced general dentistry procedures. Dr. Van Asch is very excited to be back in his home state and to share his knowledge and dental expertise in WNC. Outside of work, Dr. Van Asch is a big fan of the Carolina Panthers and Tarheels. He loves being outdoors hiking, skiing, playing tennis, softball, pickleball, and volleyball. He is also a foodie and loves exploring new restaurants and traveling to new places.
