Dr Noah Fixelle

Dr. Fixelle was raised in Atlanta and graduated from The Weber School before earning his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Emory University. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. As a distinguished recipient of a U.S. Navy scholarship, Dr. Fixelle served as a Naval Dental Officer for five years following dental school. His career began as a staff dentist at Naval Station Norfolk, followed by an overseas assignment with the Marines at the 3rd Dental Battalion in Okinawa, Japan. For the last 3 years, Dr. Fixelle served as a general dentist at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Following the completion of his service, Dr. Fixelle went on to private practice in the Washington, D.C. area, until he was recruited back home to join Buckhead Dental Associates. After providing comprehensive care for active-duty Sailors, Marines, veterans and their families, Dr. Fixelle loves serving his hometown. His goal is to build lifelong relationships while delivering exceptional and empathetic care.
