As a skilled and friendly dentist near Plainville, Dr. Mo’s work at Attleboro Dental Group provides patients with a warm and welcoming feeling every time they walk into our office. While in elementary school, she became interested in dentistry after meeting “Dr. Toothy,” a man who explained she would need to have eight teeth extracted as well as metal braces applied all within four weeks. Enduring the orthodontic treatment, she was pleased when she saw perfectly aligned teeth – results that ultimately led to her greater curiosity toward dentistry. She went on to shadow dentists and completed much research about the field, eventually enrolling in the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education in New York City. As a combined BS/DDS program, she completed her studies and enrolled at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Adding an MPH to her educational pursuits, she graduated and entered a two-year residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. There, she completed advanced training in surgical therapies, esthetic dentistry, implant placement, and endodontics. Dr. Mo is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Association, and the American Academy of General Dentistry. An avid traveler, she enjoys spending her time visiting national parks with her family, some of her favorites being the Grand Canyon, Grand Teton, and Yellowstone National Park. After seeing first-hand the positive effects of a smile transformation, Dr. Mo chose to dedicate her life to helping others achieve healthy, happy smiles.
