As a Rhode Island native, Dr. Tyler decided to attend the University of Rhode Island following high school graduation from Bishop Hendricken. In 2014, he graduated from the University of Rhode Island with distinction, earning a bachelors of science in Biological Sciences. His desire to pursue a career in dentistry led him to Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Dalhousie University Faculty of Dentistry in 2019. Dr. Tyler has taken a significant amount of continuing education since graduation, especially in oral surgery and dental implants. In 2024 he completed the Boston Maxicourse, a year long course about oral implantology. This course provided in depth training about the surgical and restorative aspects of dental implants. After completing the maxicourse, Dr. Tyler headed to Phoenix, AZ to complete the live surgical fast track course at Implant Pathway.
