A native of Dothan, Alabama, Dr. Thompson graduated from Auburn University in 2000 with a degree in Biomedical Science. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree (D.M.D.) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2004, and he began practising at East Alabama Dental Group in Opelika. Outside the office, Dr. Thompson and his wife, Ashleigh, keep busy with their four young children, and their mischievous goldendoodle, Brooks. When he is not in the office, Dr. Thompson enjoys mountain biking, fishing at Lake Martin and watching Auburn sports.
