Dr. Kenneth J. Zouhary was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He attended Calvin College, received his dental degree (DDS) from the University of Michigan in 2002 and medical degree from UAB in 2005. He completed general surgery internship and Oral and Facial Surgery residency in 2008. He joined OFS in 2011. He is board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
