Dr. John Farnie, a native Texan, joined Brodie Oaks Dental when he separated from the U.S. Air Force at then Bergstrom Air Force Base. His dental degree was earned at the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. Dr. Farnie went on to become a specialist in Prosthodontics, receiving his training under the auspices of the Air Force, and was assigned to Lowry AFB, CO, where he directed, advised and provided quality control to the fabrication of dental prostheses for patients in twelve northwest and central United States. He also was associate clinical professor at the University of Colorado Dental School. As a prosthodontist, Dr. Farnie’s passion and focus is the rehabilitation of patients with severe bite problems. To accomplish this he employs the use of fillings, crowns, implants, and in some cases, full and partial dentures.
