He received his doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Maryland, College of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland. After practicing in Baltimore for 2 years, he decided to start a dental practice in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania. Dr. Sugar practices all phases of general and cosmetic dentistry.
