Dr. Eubanks is a true local boy as he was born and raised in Milwaukie, Oregon. He attended the University of Oregon and further went on to Oregon Health Sciences University to receive his Doctorate degree with high honors. Dr. Eubanks is the father of three beautiful children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his children and watching them experience the world. He also enjoys gardening, running, golfing, biking, camping and all things Oregon. Dr. Eubanks is an avid Oregon Ducks football fan.
