I have truly loved every minute that I have been a dentist! It completely fulfills me to be around my amazing team and wonderful patients. I am a people person and love that I spend my days interacting with my patients while taking care of them as well. It’s so important for me to get to know my patients in order to learn about their expectations for their smile and their oral health. This helps us create a relationship founded on mutual trust that will instill loyalty and be long lasting! We want patients to feel like part of our family, where we genuinely care about them as more than just a patient. Education and Experience: For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to work in healthcare. I worked as a dental assistant in high school and really loved the hands-on approach to patient care, as well as the artistic component. The rest, as they say, is history! I attended the University of Southern California and received my Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. I continued on to the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston and received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery, where I graduated as valedictorian receiving the coveted Walter G. Sterling Award for Excellence. I stayed on at UT-affiliated Hermann Hospital to complete a prestigious general practice residency program. As a member of Spear Education and local study clubs, I’ve been able to elevate my clinical and patient skills.
