Dr Norman Chiang

Dr. Norman Chiang is a native of the Seattle area. He received a BS in Biology from the University of Washington and graduated from the University of Washington’s School of Dentistry in 1974. Dr. Chiang as been practicing in Bellevue for over 30 years and is active in many dental organizations and advanced study groups. Extended Post Graduate Education: Comprehensive Treatment Planning Seminars with a focus in managing the TMJ through management of airway, muscles, and teeth Extensive Endodontic studies and workshops (completed post grad course in endodontics (root canals) during studies at the University of Washington School of Dentistry) Overlake Study Club Dr. Chiang volunteers his time and expertise to the Northwest Medical Teams, which is an outreach of Hopelink. NWMT provides free dental care to low-income, homeless and migrant farm worker populations who cannot afford treatment otherwise. Professional Affiliations: American Dental Association (ADA) Washington State Dental Association (WSDA) Seattle King County Dental Association (SKCDA) As an avid fan of the outdoors and maintaining good health, Dr. Chiang enjoys cycling and boating throughout the Pacific Northwest. He expresses his creativity through the creation of beautiful hand blown glass sculptures that are displayed throughout our office. He has donated several of his glass pieces to various charity events. As his family continues to grow, he loves spending time with his grandchildren at sporting events, school activities, or just a short trip for ice cream. Dr. Chiang’s soothing hand and gentle touch eases even the most fearful patients throughout their treatments. At Bellevue Dental Arts, Dr. Chiang ensures that his patients are top priority.
