Dr. Tokiko Poppe of Cosmos Dentistry in Bellevue, Washington, considers herself incredibly fortunate to work in dentistry because she gets to witness and participate in the lives of her patients. Dr. Poppe believes early intervention and knowledge sharing are vital to preventing oral disease and superior oral health. Dr. Poppe views the human body as one unit, and oral health issues can often be linked to more significant wellness problems. Dr. Poppe graduated from the University of the Pacific’s Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She also holds a Japanese dental license, speaking Japanese and English. She was involved in craniofacial research studying cleft lip and palate, and completed a General Practice Residency in California. She has completed all Spear courses and is a board member for organised dentistry, teaching other dentists.
