Dr. DeLisi, a native of Philadelphia, graduated with honours from OHSU and completed residency at St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, earning fellowship in Anaesthesia. He responded to 9/11 providing emergency care. In the US Navy, he served on USS Carl Vinson, deployed for Operation Iraqi Freedom, and led OMFS at Naval Hospital Bremerton. Since 2008 in Central Oregon, he specialises in advanced dental implants, bone grafting, wisdom teeth extractions, facial trauma, and full-scope surgery under anaesthesia at St. Charles Medical Center. He is BLS, ACLS, and PALS certified, mentors youth, and serves Spanish-speaking patients.
