Lisandra takes her role as COO to the next level by establishing a team culture that is focused not only on the longevity of her team, but also enhanced care for patients. She also serves as the financial and treatment plan coordinator. She loves these roles because together with patients she can work through options that will meet their oral health care needs. She is dedicated to implementing practices that ensure patients receive affordable and comprehensive dental care. Her career in dentistry spans four decades, including being a proud Registered Dental Hygienist. Patient care is her number one priority and spreading the message of the importance of a healthy dentition her mission. Her passion for dentistry is something she definitely wants to pass on to others. As director and instructor for the SmileSystems School of Dental Assisting she gets to train dental assistants to enter the profession in the hopes of making an impact on our profession.
